The online NP table Bradley links from its State Disclosures page lists West Virginia once, with meets in the FNP, PMHNP, AGACNP and AGPCNP columns, no footnote, and no entry for either leadership program. Oddly, the separate on-campus nursing tables on the same bradley.edu page list West Virginia twice and leave Wisconsin off, an apparent typo that affects only the campus rows. Who oversees graduate clinicals in West Virginia
Not the nursing board. West Virginia's RN board limits its education oversight to programs that prepare students for a first license, and those schools, when based elsewhere, apply to it before using facilities in the state. For graduate study the board sends programs through a different door: the state's Higher Education Policy Commission, WVHEPC for short, plus the program's national accreditor.
The commission's nursing education office publishes a guide with two triggers for a graduate program from elsewhere: a school that has not joined NC-SARA, or ten or more of its students gathered at a single site. Bradley is an NC-SARA member, so only the head count could ever apply, and tracking it is Bradley's job. Your part is keeping your site and preceptor accurate in Typhon.
Reduced practice and the preceptors you meet
AANP classes West Virginia as reduced practice. A new NP spends three years prescribing under a written collaboration with a physician, and Schedule II narcotics are limited to a three-day supply per prescription. So a preceptor early in practice brings a collaborating physician into the picture; ask whether that physician is comfortable with a student in the room. Bradley's standard, NPs, MDs and DOs with most hours under NPs, applies on top (preceptor requirements).
Searches spread across smaller metros: Charleston, Morgantown, the West Virginia half of Huntington-Ashland, and Martinsburg, which shares a metro area with Hagerstown, Maryland. Marshall Health Network, WVU Medicine and the Vandalia Health family (CAMC, Mon Health and Davis Health among its members) are the systems students usually try first, each on its own terms and none with a published Bradley process. Research found no West Virginia preceptor incentive.
Your RN license for West Virginia sites
Compact membership came to West Virginia on January 19, 2018. The commission's rotation guide sorts graduate students by home: a West Virginia resident trains on a West Virginia RN license, while someone living in another compact state brings that state's multistate card. Both routes also pass Bradley's own license test for the clinical state (license rules).

I live in the Eastern Panhandle. Can I train in Hagerstown, Maryland?
Only with approval from your academic advisor or the department chair before the semester, because Maryland is a bordering state. Your West Virginia multistate license is honored there, since Maryland is a compact state. But Bradley's table shows Maryland meeting requirements for FNP only, so PMHNP and AG students should plan on West Virginia sites.
Can a physician at a rural West Virginia clinic precept me?
Yes, if Bradley approves. Its 2017 preceptor webinar accepted MDs and DOs as NP preceptors but wanted most of your hours under NPs. A rural physician can carry part of a rotation; balance those hours with NP-led time across your courses, and confirm the current mix in your track's clinical packet in MyOnline.
I live in Kentucky or Ohio. Does my multistate license work for West Virginia clinicals?
Both are compact states, and a multistate card from your home state is what West Virginia's rotation guide asks of nonresidents. Bradley still ties clinicals to your approved state, so a West Virginia site is a bordering-state rotation to clear with your academic advisor before the semester begins.
