Maryland residents and Bradley University's NP programs
For Maryland, Bradley University's state table gives one NP track a YES: the online FNP. The PMHNP, AGACNP and AGPCNP read NO, so they do not lead toward NP certification in Maryland. Maryland sets no known sign-off for programs from elsewhere that send students to its clinics, yet its Board of Nursing vets each NP program on the way to certifying the people it trains.

How Bradley's table answers for Maryland
Maryland has no footnote in Bradley's online nursing table; the limit sits in the cells. The table, reached through Bradley's State Disclosures page, has no date on it, so look at the live copy before you enroll.

Bradley's graduate catalog adds that the university is registered with the Maryland Higher Education Commission. Maryland excuses SARA members like Bradley from registering online programs with that commission, so read the line as background. Whether Bradley enrolls Maryland residents in the three NO tracks is unpublished; the state disclosures page explains the columns.
Maryland reviews the NP program itself
The Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) certifies no graduate as an advanced practice nurse until it has looked over and approved that graduate's NP program. If Bradley's FNP were absent from the Board's approved list, Bradley itself, and not you, would submit the Program Approval Form.
For a Bradley FNP student, that becomes an early question for your academic advisor: is Bradley's FNP on MBON's list, or when will Bradley file? Asking in your first year beats finding out at the certification stage.
For clinicals, MBON handles programs based elsewhere as a question of licensure, and its education pages describe no step before their students train at Maryland sites. Maryland law also exempts from licensure a student practicing within an accredited graduate APRN program (Health Occupations 8-301). Bradley still wants an active RN license wherever you train, so the exemption changes nothing in your plan.
Full practice, and a tax credit for preceptors
Maryland NPs hold full practice authority in AANP's ranking, with one early-career condition: Maryland asks each new NP to declare 18 months of being mentored, by a physician or by a certified NP. For your own search, Bradley's list, from its 2017 FNP preceptor webinar, runs to NPs, MDs and DOs, with most of your hours spent alongside NPs; the preceptor requirements page has the detail.
Maryland also offers a state income tax credit to NPs and licensed physicians who take on NP students (Tax-General 10-739). Eligibility turns on volume and place: at least three rotations, 90-plus hours apiece, of community-based teaching in a part of Maryland the state health department (MDH) lists as short of health workers, with a yearly cap on the total. The statute speaks of students in nursing programs recognized by Maryland's board, so whether a Bradley rotation counts is for the preceptor to confirm with MDH. The credit is set to run through June 30, 2030.
Searching near Baltimore and the Capital region
Two metros hold most Marylanders: greater Baltimore and the Maryland side of greater Washington, with smaller centers around Lexington Park and Hagerstown. The academic heavyweights are Johns Hopkins and UMMS, the University of Maryland system, while MedStar, LifeBridge and Luminis spread across the rest of the map. Consider them places to begin looking, since no Bradley page lists its partner sites. Whatever site you choose, Bradley's Office of Online and Distance Education handles the agency agreement.
Maryland's compact membership dates to January 2018. Holding a Maryland multistate license, you can practice in other compact states, and Maryland regulation lets nurses from those states practice in Maryland on their privilege. A rotation over the line into Virginia or Delaware still counts as a bordering-state rotation that Bradley wants cleared with your advisor before the semester. Can I enroll in Bradley's PMHNP or an AG track from Maryland?
Bradley's table marks the PMHNP, AGACNP and AGPCNP as not meeting Maryland's education requirements, so none of the three leads toward NP certification in Maryland. Bradley has not published whether it admits Maryland residents to them, so if one of those specialties is your goal, put the question to admissions in writing first.
Does my Maryland multistate license cover a rotation in Delaware or Virginia?
Both are compact states, so the license itself travels. Bradley's rules come first, though: a rotation in a bordering state needs your academic advisor's or the chair's approval before the semester. Delaware's board also wants notice from a school based elsewhere before its students use Delaware facilities, a step Bradley would handle.
Do Maryland FNP students have to travel to Peoria?

Which Bradley program suits a Maryland nurse headed for leadership?
Bradley's MSN Nursing and Healthcare Leadership and DNP Nursing Leadership are both left out of the state table, so the table gives no Maryland answer for them. Bradley's online DNP Leadership page says that degree is not designed to lead to licensure for a specific profession. Ask the Office of Online and Distance Education about Maryland enrollment.
