Bradley keeps one licensure table for its online nursing programs, reached from its State Disclosures page. Louisiana's row carries no footnote and no exceptions.

Louisiana is also one of the few states named in the graduate catalog's online program notes: Bradley is licensed there by the Board of Regents, a license the Regents renew every two years. That statement is about Bradley as an institution. The nursing board's clinical rule below is a separate question.
Six months' notice: the nursing board's rule for outside programs
Section 3539 of the nursing board's rules (LAC 46:XLVII) covers any school administered from outside Louisiana, at the graduate level as well as the undergraduate, and makes Board approval a precondition for teaching or holding clinical experiences in the state.
The school files its request six or more months ahead. The filing names each agency and unit and attaches syllabi, the curriculum and the catalog, a survey of every clinical facility, proof of faculty qualifications, and results on the NCLEX and certification exams. Home-state approval and national nursing accreditation come first. Approval lasts up to three years, renewable by petition.
After approval, a graduate student's clinical experience goes onto the Board's spreadsheet within two weeks of starting. Faculty must talk with the preceptor and student weekly and visit each site once a semester or more, and faculty who teach in the state must hold Louisiana licensure as an RN or APRN.
Bradley's public pages are silent on where it stands with this approval. Ask your academic advisor or the Office of Online and Distance Education before you promise a Louisiana site anything, and name your agency early.
Collaborative practice and the Louisiana search
AANP classes Louisiana as reduced practice. NPs there work under a state-regulated collaborative agreement with a physician that reaches at least one part of their practice. That shapes how clinics run rather than whom Bradley accepts; our preceptor requirements summary covers Bradley's side.
New Orleans-Metairie is the largest metro, with Baton Rouge close behind; Lafayette and Shreveport-Bossier City are smaller. The larger systems include Ochsner Health and LCMC Health, with FMOL Health, Baton Rouge General and Willis-Knighton Health also on most lists. Treat them as landmarks for a search, not as sites known to host Bradley students.
RN-entry students who need a community setting for NUR 407 can look at the state health department's Office of Public Health, since Bradley's 2017 webinar listed health departments among suitable settings.
Licensing for Louisiana clinicals
Louisiana has been a compact state since July 1, 2019. If you live here, a multistate license issued by Louisiana reaches every other compact state, neighboring Mississippi included. Illinois sits outside the compact, so the license carries no weight there. The separate APRN Compact has no Louisiana law behind it and is not in force in any state.
Bradley wants your RN license to be valid wherever a clinical course runs; the RN license page explains the rule. A rotation across the Texas, Arkansas or Mississippi line also counts as a bordering-state request for your advisor before the term.
